The third bedroom is up a few steps at the end of the hall and thus is not wheelchair accessible. It has two single beds and large wardrobe and chest of draws. There is room for a third bed in the form of a put up bed to be added. The room has air conditioning that heats or cools*.

The bathroom has a bath with a wall mounted shower over it with glass shower screen. All taps have lever handles for ease of use.
