Manta Rota Beach
Fancy a day at a beach? Manta Rota is about 40 minutes East past Tavira.
This is a flat beach with easy parking, there are wooden boards halfway onto the beach so you can get
a wheelchair onto the beach. There is miles of beach and coastline to relax with! There is a also a cafe near the parking area.
We couldn't find any disabled toilets.
