About a 20 minute drive from our villa, measuring 760 meters in length,
the track is a replica of the former Brazilian F1 racing track Jacarapegua,
so it's quite a technical circuit. Individuals are given karts based
upon the weather and their karting experience. Karts are available
are: 160cc Karts; Twin Engine 200cc Karts; Disabled adapted Karts
(hand controls). The track has protection equipment for the rain and
less powerful Karts (160cc) to use in case of wet weather. The circuit
supplies weather reports before the races. The circuits civil responsibility
insurance covers any driver victim of an accident inside the Complex.
The Almancil Karting is surrounded by a "Western" Theme Park with
cafeteria and a room with over 200 person capacity, a child karting
circuit, Mechanical Bull and other attractions. In the surroundings
of the complex is the La Paella Restaurant, a pleasant place to have
a nice lunch or dinner. La Paella Restaurant is also the official
Catering company of the Almancil Karting. The track is open to individuals,
as long as an event isn’t taking place in that time. The price depends
on the duration of the rental and the chosen model:
